You can view various reports related to your orders, customers, products and stock via the E-COMMERCE > Reports area. A list of reports can be found here.

Gross profit is the difference between the price you sell items for, and the price you buy items for. Several reports will show gross profit numbers, and you may require more explanation as to where these numbers come from.

What data is included in sales reports?

Many reports can be exported for use in external systems, accounting software, spreadsheets or custom analysis.

You can generate a professional PDF catalogue of your products to share with customers, print, or use as a sales tool.

Custom reports are available for an additional fee. Or you can export your order data and produce your own custom reports using any spreadsheet software.
