Search External Links / Import external content

You can import external links such as images or files via the SEARCH > SEARCH EXTERNAL LINKS option

To import externally linked content

1. Click the SEARCH menu item in the main menu
2. Click the SEARCH EXTERNAL LINKS tab top right

This will show a list of external links currently found on the website. You cannot import the links found on this page immediately, but can use it with the URL to match option.

Search for the external url

• Enter the URL to match / search for in the internal links on the site.
• If you are looking to import Categories or Products, set the target SHOP page from the dropdown below.

The relevant external links found will then be able to be imported

Clickable buttons will appear next to the external links that match the search e.g.  IMPORT NEW PAGE or IMPORT FILE AND REWRITE URLS.

Click the relevant button to import the file.

Once have searched for the external url you can click the IMPORT FILES button to auto import all the files found with an IMPORT FILES button next to them.
