PDF Catalogue Download

You can generate a professional PDF catalogue of your products to share with customers, print, or use as a sales tool.

How to access the PDF Catalogue:

1. Go to E-Commerce from the main menu.
2. Click Reports.
3. Scroll down to the PDF Catalogue section.

Catalogue Options

Before generating your catalogue, you can customise the information included:

• Category Filter – Select a specific category if you only want products from a particular section of your store.
• Price Filter – Choose which pricing to display:

Retail Pricing – Usually standard customer pricing.
Price Group Pricing – Displays pricing for a selected wholesale or customer price group.

• Include Out of Stock Items – Choose whether products that are currently out of stock should appear in the catalogue.

Generate the Catalogue

Once you have selected your preferred options:

1. Click Download PDF Catalogue.
2. The system will generate your catalogue.
3. Save or share the PDF with customers as needed.
