To enable the integrated Chat Bot plugin
1. Go to Design on the left hand menu
2. Click the Chat Bot / Messaging Widgets button found in the Messages and Popups area.
3. Click the green Add AI Chat Bot Plugin to get started.
To add a 3rd-party Chat Plugin
1. Go to Design on the left hand menu
2. Click the Chat Bot / Messaging Widgets button found in the Messages and Popups area.
3. Scroll down the page to the INSERT WIDGET CODE section and - Click the Edit button on the right hand side of the box.
4. Paste your code in
5. Save Changes
6. Publish.
It may take a few minutes for this to show on your live site.
Where do find the Messenger/Chat Bot button on the Design page
You can find it in the main area of the CMS after clicking the Design button.
Where do I find the area to add my code on the Chat Bot page?
It is further down the page - look for the Insert Widget Code area, then click the EDIT button to the right.
