IMAP on Outlook for Office 365 - Synchronising Folders

If you mail is not being downloaded into your account - try choosing the folders to synchronise.

Click the Inbox link for the account, then right-click and choose IMAP FOLDERS...

 

On the IMAP Folders that appear

  • Press the QUERY button to get a list of folders [A]
  • Highlight the folders [B] and click Subscribe [C]
  • Uncheck [D] to show all folders in outlook (optional)

Click APPLY to save the changes, then OK.
