The Out of Stock Report automatically emails you a list of products that are currently out of stock, helping you stay on top of replenishment before sales slip through the cracks.
Adding the Plugin
- Go to E-commerce
- Scroll down to the Plugins section
- Search for Out of Stock Report
- Click the + button to add the plugin
- Confirm installation
Configuring the Plugin
Once installed, you can customise how and when your reports are sent:- Timing
Set how often the report is sent.
Example: 1 week - Next Due
Choose the next scheduled send date and time.
Example: 2026-05-06 12:36:33 - Email To
Enter the email address that will receive the report.
Example: contact@mywebsite.com
Removing the Plugin
To turn off your Out of Stock Report emails:
- Go to E-commerce
- Scroll down to the Plugins section
- Locate the Out of Stock Email Report
- Click on the plugin button
- On the next screen, find Tool Tips
- Click the red Remove Plugin button
