Tidy Stock Plugin

This guide explains how to install and configure the TidyStock plugin, allowing you to synchronise products, stock levels, pricing, customers and orders with your TidyStock account.

Install the TidyStock Plugin

  1. Go to E-commerce.
  2. Scroll down to Plugins.
  3. Locate the TidyStock plugin.
    • If you can't find it, use the Search box.
  4. Click the + button to add the plugin.

Connect to TidyStock

Under the Setup TidyStock section:

  1. Enter your TidyStock Store URL.
  2. Enter your API Key from your TidyStock dashboard.
  3. Click Enable TidyStock.

If the connection is successful, a green success message will be displayed.

Configure your settings: 

  • Inventory Update Settings
  • Client Data Update
  • Send Invoices Mode

Stock Synchronisation

Configure the following settings:

  • Sync By Code
  • Stock Count Location
  • Sync Supplier Code
  • Sync Manufacturer Code / Bar Code

Enable the following options as required

  • Sync product titles
  • Sync product descriptions
  • Sync stock counts
  • Sync stock bin location
  • Sync general pricing updates
  • Override parent product price with variant price
  • Sync minimumOrderQuantity
  • Sync dimensions
  • Sync weights (if available)
  • Sync supplierName
  • Sync images (if applicable)
  • Check inactive materials to block these products on the website

Pricing Levels & Customer Synchronisation

Match your pricing levels in the CMS with those in Tidy Stock as needed:.

  • Checkout Price
  • RRP Price
  • Price Group A
  • Price Group B
  • Price Group C
  • Price Group D
  • Price Group E
  • Price Group F
  • Price Group G
  • Price Group H

Enable the following options as needed

  • Update Customer Price Tier As Above
  • Sync customer specific pricing

Invoice Synchronisation

Configure the following settings:

  • Order Status
  • Web Sales User
  • Sales Location
  • Invoice Line 
  • Domestic Tax Code
  • International Tax Code

Invoice Freight Codes

Default Shipping Material ID as shown in TidyStock

Once the plugin has been configured and connected successfully, you can begin importing products and synchronising data between TidyStock and the CMS.

Refer to the Import Products from TidyStock guide for instructions on importing products and enabling automatic synchronisation.
