Fieldnames used on default contact forms

Below are some of the standard fieldnames that are available via the default contact forms (including optional fields enabled via the - information submitted via these fieldnames are added to the members main record, while custom questions appear in the extra questions area of the member record.

from = email address (required)

from_name = member name (required)

body = message area
