Saved Reports

You can save any standard report, and access this report more rapidly. 

  1. Find a generic report that best suits your needs
  2. Tweak any filters to fine tune the output
  3. Look for the AUTOMATE button
  4. Give the report a name
  5. Configure the automation settings if you want the report sent by email on a regular basis.
  6. Save
  7. You will now find your saved report is easier to find at the top of any of your report pages, so you can easily rerun the report

Automatically Emailed Reports

  • Reports will be automatically emailed to you if you set an email address and a timer interval
  • If the report produces no content, it will not be sent. 

Advanced Reports

  • You can reduce or reorganise the columns.
  • Contact support to request a quote for an advanced report that has more columns or more filters than available on any of the standard reports, or otherwise agregates data in a new way. Anything is possible.
