Services That Will Work If Your Status Is Offline (non paying account)
If you are not paying for any of the services above, then they will not work. The only service that works when you are not paying for hosting is DNS.
DNS allows you to point your domain name at another providers hosting service, using CNAME or A-Records
DNS does allow you to point your domain name at another providers email service using the MX records. This includes Google Gsuite or Microsoft 365 for example. However, DNS service does not include "email forwarding" such as some might use to foward to @gmail.com or @hotmail.com. The email forwarding is not included, because it consumes alot of traffic, and we have to filter alot of spam. So we limit our internal mail processing only for paying customers.
Our DNS service is technically provided free with our full price domain renewals. Customers who are paying for their web hosting plans above, will receive discounted domain renewals.
Even though the technical DNS service is free, there is no implicit professional technical support provided along side that. You should consult a professional IT person to help you configure your DNS, or you will need to pay for our support desk to investigate any mis configuration of your DNS.
