Is there an option with the CMS freight settings to have a non shipping option (that marks the order as shipped) that only appears in the POS?
A:
In POS use no shipping option / checkout no freight, and it defaults to "items taken now"..
If click and collect, then add shipping option, but items are not shipped until collected.
