Change of Business Owner

If you are changing business owner, please consider the following information

  1. First change the domain registry contact details under the registry section of each domain name in the CMS to the new business owner and ensure an email address for the registrant is correct for the new owner as this is where Authorisation codes and notifications will go. Domains/Email Tab > i icon > Update Registry Contact Details. 
  2. You can then transfer the ownership via the ACCOUNTS button > Transfer to new owner.
  3. This step requries there be no money owing on the account.
  4. Transferring to a new owner will create a fresh set of accounts for the new owner.
