You should normally be able to let OSX detect the settings, (Automatically manage connection settings) but here are the settings shown in you uncheck Automatically manage connection settings. Tested 02/2026.
Editing your settings will depend on your version of OSX but these were found via the MAIL application menu > Preferences > Server settings.

If these settings do not solve your email problem you will need to consult an IT person to determine the issue.
