You should normally be able to let OSX detect the settings, (Automatically manage connection settings) but here are the settings shown in you uncheck Automatically manage connection settings. Tested 2023.
Editing your settings will depend on your version of OSX but these were found via the MAIL application menu > Preferences > Server settings.

If these settings do not solve your email problem you will need to consult an IT person to determine the issue.
