Definition of a trade customer for the above is "Price group A-H" .
It is not enough for a customer to login, or have authorised access. They have to have Price Group set to A to H
How to set trade users to see GST exclusive pricing
- Click the Tax Settings button found on the ECOMMERCE page under the PAYMENTS AND TAX heading.
- Set the Tax Price Display Format to Retail Incl and Trade Excl
This will show the pricing as EXCL gst when viewing products though the final order will still show a GST component on checkout.
