ReCaptcha / Human Prompt

We have both the Google ReCaptcha V3 widget to help prevent spam on forms and forums and also CleanTalk.

Cleantalk is standard on all forms. 

Recaptcha:

• It is compulsory on some pages which are popular targets for spammers like forums.
• It is optional, via the page options tab, on any other page where you want to use it, such as a contact or enquiry form or shopping cart.

Note the new version is less obtrusive and is found at the bottom right of the screen. It no longer asks for customers to tick boxes that they see, it performs checks in the background.

How to add a Recaptcha to an enquiry form

1. Go to Webpages
2. Next to the webpage you would like to add recaptcha to, choose the options cog. 
3. In the page security options, change the HUMAN CHALLENGE dropdown to reCaptcha enabled
4. Save Changes and PUBLISH.

How to add Recaptcha to all forms on your site

1. Go to the bulk emailer tab at the top of the CMS
2. Go to the setup tab
3. Select Block Spammers/hackers
4. Select Add captcha boxes to all my forms.
