Google Shopping Feed and Quotes.

The CSV file is now "Quoted" to fix the commas in any column like title, brand etc.

Most modern google merchant feeds accept quotes, but it is user selectable in the google merchant center... so some with an old feed night break.

The setting is to consider how the use of quotes differences between inches " and ordinary quotes
